Playground Regulations:

The playground is an extension of the classroom and each individual classroom teachers establishes guidelines. However, the following are general school regulations regarding playground behavior:

1.Under no circumstance should a student fight, bite, throw rocks, kick or hit other students, or fuss over a place in line while preparing to go to or come from the playground.
2.Students should not go into the woods. They should remain within sight of their teachers.
3.During recess or physical education, no student may be left in the classroom without an adult. If a student has been sick, a parent's WRITTEN request for the student to be excused from physical education for a period of one or two days may be granted.
